  •  Login to FAASTHELP
  • Click on the Agents menu in the header
  • You can see + ADD AGENTS on the right side of the screen. By clicking on that you can add any number of agents.
  • Assign the category to which they belong to and submit
  • When a ticket/query is raised by the customer it can be allotted to anyone of the agent corresponding to the category.You need to add username, email id, the role of the agent to which the ticket is been allotted.
  • Even the search option is available so when you have so many agents list you can search the required name and their details.
